Child custody, support and visitation orders can be modified multiple times, until the child reaches the “Age Of Majority” (The age at which an individual is legally considered an adult). In California that’s when he or she reaches 18 years of age.
Spousal support orders may or may not be modifiable depending on the type of order made.
Property division orders are usually not modifiable as they are part of the final judgment. If there is an error, coercion, or the other party is failing to follow the terms of the judgment it may be possible to revisit the property division in question.
